Race 2 – INSURRECTION 8/13

INSURRECTION received a break since racing among Listed company in February. Comfortable winner attempting a higher graded novice hurdle during November. Top chance.

Jour D’evasion was pulled up at Huntingdon when last seen. Scored by 3L at Ludlow prior. Bold bid anticipated. Maasai Mara is beautifully bred. Impressed delivering a 7L Catterick win in a juvenile hurdle before a three month lay-off.

Race 3 – MISTRAL MILLY 5/1

MISTRAL MILLY has been improving with each run since a break. Good third attempting a Taunton novice hurdle when last seen and could be of interest switching to handicaps.

Politacus carries top weight after a 1.3L success at Huntingdon. Sixth behind a subsequent G1 winner tackling a novice hurdle prior.

Marmalade Time was denied a double finishing ninth contesting a G2 handicap hurdle at Newbury last time. Place chance back in grade.

Race 4 – GLANCE FROM CLOVER 3/1

GLANCE FROM CLOVER can bounce back from a fall at Warwick. Scored over course and distance prior. Bold bid anticipated.

Has Troke seeks a double after scoring by 5.5L at Newcastle. Steps up in trip. Rates a chance. Mortens Leam was denied a second straight success when third at Taunton. Additional stamina test to suit.

Race 5 – MONTECAM 4/11

MONTECAM received a three month lay-off since a strong third at Doncaster in a higher class maiden hurdle. Bold bid anticipated fresh.

Scotch On Da Rocks made a pleasing start to career when fifth at Doncaster. May come forward for the run. Valentia demonstrated improvement finishing fourth in a maiden hurdle at this track. Appears to enjoy these conditions.
