TERMS AND CONDITIONS Training ground tour 29 January 2025 – 4 February 2025

  1. The Training ground tour (“the Competition”) runs from 29 January 2025 at 12:00 BST to 4 February at 16:59 BST (“the promotional period”).
  2. In order to enter the Competition, contestants must perform the following:
    • Email support@hollywoodbets.co.uk with the subject line “Jersey Road” and include their name, contact emailer and Brentford fan number in the email.  
  3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 years old to participate in the Competition.
  4. Contestants must be resident in the United Kingdom to participate in the competition.
  5. One entry per person for each of the mechanism’s above.
  6. The competition prize is 1 x ticket to tour the Brentford FC Training Ground located at Jersey Road on the 10th of February 2025. The date of the tour is non-negotiable, and the prize will be forfeited if the winner cannot attend on that date.
  7. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
  8. The competition draw will take place on 5th February 2025 at 09:00 BST by Brentford Football Club and Hollywoodbets.
  9. The initial winners will be contacted by Brentford FC and Hollywoodbets via e-mail by the 5th of February 2025 or by the contact method held on their subscription with Brentford.
  10. If Hollywoodbets is unable to make contact with the winner in the form of an acknowledgement to the e-mail or direct message within two (3) days of the draw, such winner will forfeit his or her prize and a new winner will be selected.
  11. The prize is not transferable, tickets are not for sale or resale.
  12. By entering the Competition, you agree that Brentford FC and Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition.
  13. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
  14. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such an event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
  15. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
  16. This Competition is closed to any person who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
  17. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winner hereby indemnifies, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
