TERMS AND CONDITIONS Six Nations Jersey Competition 10 March 2025 – 10 April 2025

  1. The Six Nations Jersey Competition (“the Competition”) runs from 10th March 2025 at 14:00 GMT to 10th April 2025 at 10:00 GMT (“the promotional period”).
  2. The promotion is available to both new and existing customers, as well as entrants who do not have a Hollywoodbets customer account.
  3. In order to participate in the Competition, contestants must perform the following on one of the Hollywoodbets social media posts that will be published about the competition on Twitter and Facebook:
    • Like the post;
    • Follow @HWbetsUK on Twitter;Retweet the competition post; and
    • Answer: “Which country won the Grand Slam in both the men’s and women’s Six Nations in the same year?” using #SixNationsSquad
  4. Contestants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the Competition.
  5. Contestants must be resident in the United Kingdom to participate in the competition.
  6. One entry, per person is permitted.
  7. The competition prize is a voucher to purchase a Six Nations team jersey of their choice via www.rugbystore.co.uk
  8. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
  9. The competition draw will take place on 10th April 2025 at 11:00 GMT.
  10. The winner will be contacted by Hollywoodbets by the 11th April 2025 by direct message on the social media application used to enter the competition.
  11. If Hollywoodbets is unable to make contact with the winner in the form of an acknowledgement or response to the direct message within two (2) days of the draw, such winner will forfeit his or her prize and a new winner will be selected.
  12. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
  13. The prize cannot be put on the exchange or sold to any third parties.
  14. Hollywoodbets will not be responsible for any costs relating to redeeming of the prize.
  15. Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winner is final and no correspondence related to the entry will be considered.
  16. By entering the Competition, you agree that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition.
  17. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
  18. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
  19. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
  20. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winner hereby indemnifies, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
