Brentford FC Ticket Giveaway Competition
24th July 2025 – 1st August 2025
1. The Brentford FC Ticket Giveaway Competition (“the Competition”) runs from 24th July 2025 at 12:00 BST to 1st August 2025 at 07:59 BST (“the promotional period”). Hollywoodbets is the promoter of the competition.
2. In order to enter into the Competition, contestants must perform the following: a. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Brentford FC Ticket Giveaway Competition”
b. Confirm that you are 18 or over 18 on the mail, full name, contact detail if it is different from the email and if you have a fan number please include it.
c. An additional entry will be included for any Hollywoodbets UK account holder, please include your account number in the email.
3. Contestants must be 18 years of age or over the age of 18 years to participate in the Competition.
4. Contestants must be resident in the United Kingdom to participate in the competition.
5. One entry per person via the mechanism above.
6. The competition prize is 2 x General Admission tickets for each Premier League Brentford match at the Gtech Community Stadium for the 25/26 season.
7. The guest is at the discretion of the winner, usage of the tickets are to go to Brentford or Neutral fans. Ground Regulations and ticketing terms and conditions apply.
8. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
9. The competition draw will take place on 1st August 2025 at 09:00 BST by Hollywoodbets.
10. The winner will be contacted by Brentford FC or Hollywoodbets via e-mail by the 5th August 2025 or by the contact method held on their subscription.
11. If Hollywoodbets is unable to make contact with the winner in the form of an acknowledgement to the direct message within Three (3) days of the draw, such winner will forfeit his or her prize and a new winner will be selected.
12. The prize is not transferable, tickets are not for sale or resale.
13. By entering the Competition, you agree that Brentford FC and Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition.
14. Hollywoodbets will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the winner of the competition should any fixture be postponed or cancelled.
15. Hollywoodbets will not be responsible for any costs relating to redeeming of the prize such as costs incurred to attend the game.
16. Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winner is final and no correspondence related to the entry will be considered.
17. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
18. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
19. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
20. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
21. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winner hereby indemnifies, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
