LIFEPLAN took out the Group 2 Gimcrack Stakes when last seen at York last August to remain unbeaten. His subsequent absence suggests he’s endured training issues, but if retaining the ability shown in 2025 he can swoop to conquer in the Listed feature.
Race 4 No5 DANCE IN THE STORM (Each Way)

DANCE IN THE STORM skipped an opportunity to run in the Bunbury Cup and finds herself in calmer waters for her fourth run of the season. The Night Of Thunder filly needs to overcome a wide draw but has the champ in her saddle, which certainly helps matters.
Race 5 No4 BLUE PRINCE (Nap)

This classified claimer looks tailor made for the nimble BLUE PRINCE who is a bet to look forward to. He’s put in a run of podium finishes that include a Salisbury success last month. A good third on his latest outing at the same track makes him the one to beat, as his trademark late flourish can be utilised most effectively in a small field like today’s.

TIGER should burn bright in the nightcap. The Wooded gelding ran into one when held by Optician on his latest of three starts this season, a run that has brought him to concert pitch.

Race 2 No1 TELEGRAPHIC (Nap)

Under a 6lb penalty for his smooth Brighton triumph, TELEGRAPHIC can outsmart KEEP GRATING. The pair bring solid form to the table and can complete the exacta perm in that order.
Race 4 No4 GUEST HOUSE
Trainer: George Margarson – Jockey: Silvestre De Sousa
GUEST HOUSE acquitted himself well when placed here last week. He’s probably the one in this mile contest with room for progression as this is only his seventh ever start, and to a certain extent he’s still learning.
