Despite having to be steadied at the 350m mark last time, the manner in which she quickened up and drew clear in the closing stages was eye-catching. The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight should have no issues with the step up to 2000m and she can notch up the hat-trick under Cole Dicken.

KITTYBOYS GIRL should have finished closer to the winner last time as she had no luck in running. She has finished second once and third once from as many starts on this course. The daughter of Admiral Kitten will strip a much fitter horse today. The blinkers have been removed and with Rachel Venniker taking the ride, she can shed her maiden tag.

Jockey: S Moodley – Trainer: M Miller
RULERSHIP has been ultra-impressive in his last two victories over this distance. He raced from just off the pace on the turf last time, quickened up well and drew clear of the opposition. He does face his toughest test to date, but looks to have class about him and can notch up the hat-trick.

TOM’S ACT ran a fair race in his last start over 1750m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. His penultimate run when fourth against stronger company over 1600m on this course, was encouraging. He has won twice and finished third once from eight starts on this course. He does have an awkward draw of nine to overcome, but Muzi Yeni knows him well and will give him all the necessary assistance from the saddle.
