Star players Carlos Alcaraz and Sinner, with 48 players mixed with pros, amateurs and celebrities, will participate in this event.

This event is a one-day event with each match consisting of one point. The person who wins rock, paper, scissors will serve first.

The 30-year-old has not been competing at a professional level, having spent the past three years dealing with persistent knee and wrist injuries.

During his extended absence from the sport, he explored opportunities in commentary and reporting for the tennis channel, which he might choose to pursue a career in sports media should he decide to retire from competitive play.

Kyrgios is also preparing for the ‘Battle of the Sexes’ match against Aryna Sabalenka, which will take place on December 28 at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.

In a media briefing about this event Kyrios said he wants to show the world that no matter how good Aryna she is has a weakness.

“I was in Hong Kong recently and a lot of the male players were like, ‘look, you’re representing all of us’. So here I am in the firing line again.

“I’m not a stranger to taking the heat from the media, but I’m excited, whatever the result may be.

“I’m going to go out there and show the world that as good as she is, she’s got some weaknesses.”

Right now, Kyrgios is ranked No. 668 in the world. He would need a wild card to play in the Australian Open because his injury-protected ranking of No. 21 has expired.
