They started working together in August 2025 and worked as a team for about six months. They stopped working together after her second-round loss at the Australian Open in January 2026.

Right now, Raducanu is practicing with hitting partner Alexis Canter. The 27-year-old is a former professional player who has competed mainly in lower-level men’s ITF and Challenger events.

His career-high singles ranking was around world No. 773, and in doubles, he reached about No. 779, both achieved around 2025. He has not won any major singles or doubles titles at ATP or ITF levels.

“Right now, I wouldn’t say I’m actively looking for a coach.

“I have Alexis in my corner. He knows me as a person. He knows me as a player, and I’ve actually had some success with him in the past year. So, it’s going well.

“I know the drills that I need to be doing… just repetition of doing those key fundamentals. I think I want to go back to that and a more aggressive style of playing.”

Raducanu has had about eight or nine coaches since the start of her professional career. She first worked with Nigel Sears, and then with Andrew Richardson, who coached her when she won the US Open in 2021.

After that win, she decided to look for a coach with more experience on the main tour, so they parted ways. She later worked with Torben Beltz, Dmitry Tursunov and Sebastian Sachs, but those partnerships were short because results were not improving or their plans did not fully match.

She then had a longer period with Nick Cavaday, who later stepped away due to health reasons. She also briefly worked with Vladimir Platenik and Mark Petchey before teaming up with Francisco Roig in 2025, but that partnership ended after about six months.

Raducanu’s next tournament is the Tiriac Open which will start on March 30 until April 5 at the Centrul National de Tenis.
