We select a starting XV of players that stood out from the rest during the fourth round of the 2025 Six Nations.
Front rankers: Jean-Baptistse Gros (France), Jamie George (England) and Zander Fagerson (Scotland)
Gros was solid again for the French at the scrum while also making nine tackles and making himself busy around the park. On the occasion of his 100th cap, George was sublime, hitting all 10 of his lineout darts, assisting a try and making four tackles. Fagerson finished with 15-carry metres and 12-tackles in a good scrummaging outing.
Second row: Dafydd Jenkins (Wales) and Thibaud Flament (France)
In a flawless lineout performance from France, Flament made 11-carry metres, 12-tackles and a turnover. In a losing cause, Jenkins put in a ridiculous 28 shots on defence and won two turnovers, while his lineout work was top drawer.
Honourable mentions: Mickael Guillard and Manny Meafou (both France), Ollie Chessum and Maro Itoje (both England)
Back row: Francis Cros (France), Jac Morgan and Taulupe Faletau (both Wales)
Tireless Cros made 17-tackles against Ireland and won two turnovers. As valiant as ever in defeat, Morgan made a whopping 25-tackles, two turnovers and 23-metres with the ball while Welsh teammate Faletau made a stonking 111-metres in the carry and 19-tackles.
Honourable mention: Gregory Alldritt (France)
Halfbacks: Alex Mitchell (England) and Finn Russell (Scotland)
Mitchell was great for the English, making a try assist in an influential display at No 9. Five from five for Russell off the tee to go with two try assists and some brilliant decision-making and execution.
Midfield: Tom Jordan and Huw Jones (both Scotland)
The Scotland combo was superb at Murrayfield, with Jordan finishing with two tries and Jones one assist. They also combined for 113-metres with the ball, four clean breaks and 14-tackles.
Back three: Louis Bielle-Biarrey (France), Darcy Graham and Blair Kinghorn (both Scotland)
Bielle-Biarrey was named MOTM in Dublin for an electric performance that included two tries, 40-metres with ball in hand, two clean breaks and eight tackles. Graham was superb for the Scots, bagging one try, assisting another and carrying for 51-metres. Kinghorn scored a brace himself and carried for as many as 96-metres.
