Hollywoodbets extends partnership with The Curragh Racecourse
Hollywoodbets and The Curragh Racecourse have announced the extension of their partnership with a 3-fixture sponsorship over the coming months. The highlight of this new partnership with The Curragh, home of Irish Flat racing, comes on Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby weekend as Hollywoodbets becomes the title sponsor of Day 1 on Friday 24th June. Being Ireland’s biggest weekend of the flat racing calendar, this is a great association for Hollywoodbets as the company continues to grow within the country.
This year’s partnership begins with two exciting Group 3 races on Sunday 10th April featuring the Hollywoodbets Alleged Stakes with entries for this prestigious race over 10 furlongs including Group 1 winners Helvic Dream, Search for a Song and State of Rest, while the Hollywoodbets Gladness Stakes has attracted high quality entries including Gustavus Weston, Glounthaune, Thunder Moon and Pretreville.
“We are delighted to have agreed on a major upgrade to our partnership with Hollywoodbets this year which will feature the sponsorship of multiple races during our 2022 season. The overall package will enhance prize money across a series of thirteen competitive races and include title sponsorship of day 1 of the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby Festival in June, and support of the prestigious Group 3 Alleged Stakes and Group 3 Gladness Stakes next month, together with five races on 13th October,” said Evan Arkwright, the Curragh’s Racing and Sponsorship Manager.
