The 36-tournament schedule will include eight Signature Events, with the season opening at The American Express in California from January 21-24 before concluding with the Tour Championship from August 26-29.
The only entirely new tournament on the regular-season schedule is the Sompo Championship, which will be played from July 29 to August 1 as the penultimate event before the FedExCup Playoffs.
The PGA Tour’s Greensboro event has also received a new name, with the long-running Wyndham Championship becoming the GO by Raymond James.
There will also be a change to the Florida Swing, with The Cadillac Championship moving to March 4-7 at Trump National Doral. It will now be played the week before The Players Championship, while the Arnold Palmer Invitational moves to March 18-21.
The remaining seven Signature Events will retain their current places on the schedule.
The FedExCup Playoffs will also see a change of venue, with the BMW Championship moving to Liberty National Golf Club in New Jersey from August 19-22.
Liberty National, which hosted the 2017 Presidents Cup, last staged a FedExCup Playoffs event in 2019.
The PGA Tour will announce the 2027 FedExCup Fall schedule at a later date, along with eligibility criteria for the following season’s PGA Tour Championship Series and PGA Tour Challenger Series.
However, the new format for the season-ending Tour Championship will not be introduced until 2028, meaning the 2027 edition will be played under the existing structure.
