FONTWELL PARK

Race 1 – QUEL DESTIN 6/5

QUEL DESTIN will lead out a field of three in the Boost Your Acca At Betmgm Handicap Chase.

He struggled on his return from wind surgery at Ascot last time out, as he finished eighth out of nine in a competitive premier handicap chase.

The Paul Nicholls-trained eight-year-old is two from three in this class and may take some stopping here with first-time blinkers fitted.

Race 2 -RIVER GOLD 6/5

In the Best Of British Events Juvenile Hurdle RIVER GOLD looks like he could strike gold for Nicky Henderson.

Under the stewardship of Nico De Boinville, River Gold will be racing for the first time since moving to Henderson’s stables in October.

He won a claiming hurdle in Dieppe on testing ground, which is similar to what is expected at Fontwell on Tuesday, and he has proven form on soft.

Race 5 – KAY TARA TARA 3/1

KAY TARA TARA is worth following in the Best Racing Odds Guaranteed At Betmgm Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle.

She took a while to get the hang of things before winning at Huntingdon last time out, which was her jumps debut.

She will be under the stewardship of Tom Cannon, who has three wins from 12 races at Fontwell this season.

Race 7 – WHAT’S MY LINE 5/2

Fontwell veteran WHAT’S MY LINE will be worth following in the John And Maryanne Birch Memorial Handicap Hurdle.

Whats My Line has been around the Fontwell fences seven times and that includes a win in October 2022, where he powered home to win by 10 lengths.

He also comes off the back of a good win in his last race, a one-length win in this handicap hurdle grade at Lingfield.
