KELSO
Race 1 – WYENOT 1/1
Henry Daly can saddle his first-ever winner at Kelso when WYENOT makes the long journey from his Shropshire base for the Every Race Live On Racing TV Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle.
Daly has only ever had five runners at the Borders track, so it is not as if he has been sending many there, but the fact Wyenot makes the trip is interesting.
She looked very promising when winning on her hurdling debut at Ludlow, scoring by five lengths and looking capable of defying a penalty.
That was against the boys, and the second and third have since come out and won, giving the form a very decent look.
Race 2 – BUSTY BOY 9/4
BUSTY BOY was a winner last time out for Daragh Bourke and he also looked the type to oblige again.
He won three times in point-to-points but was beaten on his first two outings under rules, although they were in decent company – and over hurdles.
Sent over fences first time out this season at Kelso, and stepped up in trip, Busty Boy was a comfortable winner without being wildly impressive.
However, he has only been raised 5lb ahead of the Follow @racingtv On X Novices’ Handicap Chase and could be the type to rattle up a sequence.
Race 5 – CALL ME HARRY 5/2
CALL ME HARRY brings strong form with a handicap hurdle second here preceding a victory in this grade over three miles at Musselburgh, so has a strong chance.
Hidden Commander won tackling fences at this track in September. Followed up at Hexham tackling a handicap chase before a below-par Ayr run. Rates highly and could bounce back.
Beat The Retreat showed promise in March at Ayr when a distant second attempting a 2m maiden hurdle. Open to further progress.
Boomslang previously placed at this venue and looks interesting.
Race 6 – WITHOUT CONVICTION 7/2
WITHOUT CONVICTION has been going well of late. Producing a handicap chase second here beaten only a neck attempting this level, before another strong runner-up effort at Hexham. Will be a leading player again.
Sputnik finished third at Ayr tackling a handicap chase in this grade and could go close.
Bretney and Camp Belan should also be on the shortlist.
WETHERBY
Race 1 – MISSED TEE 10/3
Dan Skelton’s record at Wetherby is second to none and he is well represented at the Yorkshire venue again.
He looks set to start the day in good style with MISSED TEE in the Watch Racing TV In HD Novices’ Handicap Chase.
She was a beaten favourite on her comeback at Carlisle, her first run since a wind op, but she definitely would not be the first one from the yard to take a big step forward from their first to second runs this season.
It is a slight change of tact for the yard, who had been known for having them cherry-ripe first time out, but Skelton is definitely leaving something to work upon.
That was her chasing debut at Carlisle but she is still very lightly raced, so open to any amount of improvement.
Race 3 – NO BUT I WILL 7/2
One of the most upwardly mobile training yards is that of Oliver Greenall and Josh Guerriero and they hold claims in the Visit RacingTV.com Handicap Chase with NO BUT I WILL.
A winner over hurdles at Bangor in April, he cut little ice on his comeback in that sphere in a handicap but looks just the type to do much better over the bigger obstacles.
Race 6 – MOONLIT POTTER 9/2
Market support behind newcomer MOONLIT POTTER would enhance her claims and could make it a winning debut.
Giver The Hollie might be firmly in the mix after finishing fifth in a two miler at Warwick jumpers flat following a six-month spell.
Fellow newcomers Audacious Annie and Seas The Day both command respect.
HEREFORD
Race 1 – REVEREND HUBERT 4/6
REVEREND HUBERT looks interesting in the Get Emma’s Offers At planetsportbet.com Novices’ Hurdle.
Trained by Charles Byrnes in Ireland, he has a rating of 134 already, which would usually be enough to win most novice hurdles in the UK.
He is, however, up against the promising Magic Seven trained by Jonjo O’Neill, so we will have a much better idea of where they both stand after this race.
Race 2 – MAN OF THE SEA 4/1
MAN OF THE SEA improved from a reappearance fifth on the flat to finish runner-up hurdling at Market Rasen.
Will continue to progress and can take advantage of apprentice claim in the Racing Specials Every Day At Planetsportbet Handicap Hurdle.

Angel’s Voice could come forward for a reappearance fifth among juvenile hurdle company at Sedgefield. Has a chance of a place from bottom of the weights.
Great Ocean also holds each-way claims following a fifth at Wincanton.
Race 4 – CASA NO MENTO 4/6
CASA NO MENTO made a winning start to her hurdling career scoring at Market Rasen by six lengths.
The five-year-old is an exciting prospect representing Nigel Twiston-Davies’ yard and can claim a third win under rules in the Best Odds Guaranteed At Planetsportbet Novices’ Hurdle.
