CHELMSFORD

Race 1 – VILE NATALE 56/100

VILLE NATALE (7) made a pleasing start to career with a third tackling a shorter trip at this track on debut before a good second over longer at Wolverhampton AW. Additional step up in journey will suit.

CLOCKWATCHER (1) provides racecourse debut. Out of a Stakes winning mare and could be an exciting prospect representing top yard.

KITTERIDGE (5) might go close on first attempt. Watch market for best guide. MIMASUSA (6) was well-beaten when debuting and improvement possible.

Race 2 – CAVALLUCCIO 5/1

CAVALLUCCIO (9) appears well-handicapped after a last start 4.5L success over course and distance. Clearly enjoys these conditions and could have more to show.

WARREN HILL (4) aims for back to back victories following a 1.3L win at Lingfield AW. Good record tackling the trip. Consider with apprentice claim to assist.

BRINGBACKMEMORIES (2) drops back in journey following a success attempting 1m4f at Southwell AW. Place. AUGUST (13) placed twice prior to a fifth at Newcastle AW. Holds each way claims contesting further.

Race 3 – ONCE ADAAY 15/2

ONCE ADAAY (7) broke through for a 0.6L success at this track attempting a shorter journey before a good second at Southwell AW. Steps up in trip with a leading chance.

HARRY THE HAGGLER (8) has been racing well providing two wins and two placings from past five outings. Beaten 1L second over course and distance last time.

ALWAYS FEARLESS (6) produced a fair effort when fifth at Lingfield AW tackling 1m. Consider for a place. DYNAMIC TALENT (4) holds each way claims after a surprise victory at Southwell AW.

Race 4 – MIAMI THUNDER 5/1

MIAMI THUNDER (1) can overcome top weight. Returned after a three-month lay-off with a head victory at this track tackling shorter. Equally capable over this trip. Top chance.

MAYSAN (13) remains well-handicapped on the back of a Lingfield success. Attempting the same journey holding strong claims.

ENDLESS POWER (6) broke through for a maiden victory on third career start over course and distance in July. Resumes from a six month lay-off. Bold bid anticipated.

STAR SHIELD (12) holds each way claims based on a head success at Newcastle AW. Third in the same conditions subsequently.

Race 5 – GUY FAWKES 9/2

GUY FAWKES (11) made a winning start to career scoring by 1L at Southwell AW over 7f. Drops back in distance for the first time on third career start.

BOSH (1) placed both attempts since a break. Useful runner-up at Kempton Park AW tackling 6f in latest.

EXPERT AGENT (10) could improve for a step up in journey after a fifth at this course. BLIND BEGGAR (3) secured two wins from last five outings. Consider for a placing on best form.

Race 6 – THE LIEGEMAN 4/1

THE LIEGEMAN (4) appears to set the standard on form with a win and two placings from past three outings. Good runner-up finish over 5f at Wolverhampton when last seen.

DOCTOR VUBY (1) carries top weight and remains open to improvement providing fourth career start. Fair second at Wolverhampton AW two runs back and not disgraced when 1.75L fourth in the same conditions.

COTAI VISION (2) placed second last three attempts. In good order and could be competitive again. TORVAR (7) holds each way claims based on a head success at Wolverhampton.

Race 7 – TILSWORTH ONY TA 17/2

TILSWORTH ONY TA (7) drops back in journey which could spark further improvement. Winner over 6f at the course prior to a credible fifth at Lingfield AW. Contender.

CABEZA DE LLAVE (1) returns after a nine week break. Goes well fresh and last seen placing 1.3L third tackling track and trip in mid-November. Consider.

DOCTOR MOZART (3) has been consistent. Ran 1.75L fourth attempting 5f at Southwell AW in latest. Place chance. I’M MABLE (10) holds each way claims from a low weight following a good third at Lingfield AW contesting further.
