BEVERLEY

Race 3 No7 QUIRKE ON PAROLE
Trainer: Mark Walford – Jockey: Kevin Stott

QUIRKE ON PAROLE landed a sustained gamble over course and distance to open her account on only a third run on grass. As a three-year-old with progression in her, the daughter of Without Parole can put her track experience to good effect and follow-up.

Race 5 No4 POLE STAR (Nap)
Trainer: Charlie Johnston – Jockey: Connor Beasley

It’s hard to get away from the claims of POLE STAR who is a strong stayer looking for a third success in her last four attempts. She’s shown an affinity for Haydock, and while this course bears little resemblance, the stiff uphill finish should definitely play to her strengths.

Race 6 No10 LASTCHANCEZOULOON
Trainer: Richard Fahey – Jockey: Cam Hardie

Zoustar filly LASTCHANCEZOULOON makes appeal as the only three-year-old in the line up and getting plenty of weight from her opponents. She upped her game for a podium finish on first start in handicap company at Carlisle and is on an almost identical track with progression on the cards on just her fifth career outing.

NOTTINGHAM

Race 3 No3 BLACK ENDEAVOUR
Trainer: Mark Rimell – Jockey: Rossa Ryan

BLACK ENDEAVOUR underwhelmed when supported on his second outing at Windsor only to do better when very weak in the market in a race that earned him a handicap mark at this course last week. He was not stopping at the end of that 1000 metres, suggesting he will enjoy the move up in trip today.

Race 4 No1 JUST QUEEN HIGH

From a South African trainer that served us well last week, JUST QUEEN HIGH could be the answer as she’s shown promise on both starts when starting at 50-1 and 33-1. This run will get her handicapped, but as there are question marks against her four rivals it’s worth taking the chance she will cash in using her experience edge.

Race 7 No3 READ ALL ABOUT IT
Trainer: Tom Ward – Jockey: Sean Levey

READ ALL ABOUT IT has needed every yard of a mile but this is a galloping track, while the contest doesn’t look devoid of a pace angle. If the Advertise filly makes another step forward she should prove good enough.

THIRSK

Race 2 No4 DAKOTA DAWN
Trainer: John Quinn – Jockey: Jason Hart

DAKOTA DAWN’s podium finish to obtain her a mark happened in a five runner affair and is hard to equate. However, she’s a speedily bred individual whose trainer has done well with many horses of her ilk. It would be no surprise if she proved good enough.

Race 5 No7 TARDAFF (Nap)
Trainer: Ian Williams – Jockey: Billy Loughnane

TARDAFF brings the best form to the table courtesy of her commendable effort to chase home Miss Cartesian as an 80-1 shot at Newmarket. She had the useful Heart Of Eternity behind her, and in order to go one better only has to prove if was no fluke, which she can.

Race 7 No1 GREEN TEAM
Trainer: Ian Williams – Jockey: Billy Loughnane

GREEN TEAM took a long time to open his account under the wing of his current handler, but following the famine came back-to-back successes at Wolverhampton. He ran well to trouble the judge on his next start at Kempton and now just needs to show he can transfer that ability to grass.
