FONTWELL PARK

Race 3 No7 LIMERICK LASS
Trainer: Anthony Honeyball – Jockey: Ben Godfrey

Soldier Of Fortune mare LIMERICK LASS was denied by inches on her first run over hurdles at Wincanton and shouldn’t be inconvenienced by a drop back to the minimum trip here. She’s getting 7lb from her penalised market rival QUEEN’S THEATRE, and can thwart that opponent on the way to better things.

Race 4 No3 CUSHENDALL
Trainer: Alan King – Jockey: Thomas Bellamy

King has excelled with several horses carrying these colours over the years and the hooded CUSHENDALL needs respecting on her debut over jumps. The Getaway mare delivered on taking style on her only previous outing in a Kelso bumper and has joined her trainer with a good reputation.

Race 7 No2 CAST’S TASHA (Nap)
Trainer: Ben Clarke – Jockey: Toby McCain-Mitchell

CAST’S TASHA appeals as a bet worth waiting for in the nightcap and should give us a good run for our money. Only narrowly denied on her first run of the season at Leicester, she will come on for that and will get very good assistance from her talented conditional jockey.
