CATTERICK BRIDGE

Race 7 No11 LANGHOLM (Nap)
Trainer: Michael Dods – Jockey: Connor Beasley

LANGHOLM has been placed on each of his last seven visits to this course and if any horse deserves a change of luck, it’s him. A dual scorer here, his last success happened almost three years ago, but having been denied by a whisker on his latest visit last month, now is the time for him to put the record straight.

WINDSOR

Race 1 No7 HE’S GOT GAME
Trainer: Hugo Palmer – Jockey: Oisin Murphy

HE’S GOT GAME showed he’d gone the right way when narrowly denied in a first-time hood and on handicap debut over this course and distance last month. He brings more to the table than his foes, and can use that experience of the riverside course to good effect, and open his account.

Race 3 No8 MASTER BUILDER (Nap)
Trainer: David Menuisier – Jockey: Rossa Ryan

MASTER BUILDER encountered softer ground than will be the case today when chasing home Lyric on his introduction over this course and distance at the end of April. The grey is going to be more streetwise, and can repel the challenges of Thyer and Lennox for a trainer whose horses have tantalised but should soon start winning.

Race 4 No10 CUBAN MELODY
Trainer: Andrew Balding – Jockey: Oisin Murphy

Havana Grey filly CUBAN MELODY has knocked on the door with successive earning runs and is ripe for success. Her trainer fired in a hatful of winners last week, and having worked well of grass she can make no mistake on a switch to that surface.

WOLVERHAMPTON

Race 1 No1 DANZART
Trainer: Stella Barclay – Jockey: Jack Enright

DANZART looked on the cusp of a return to form when second to CANARIA Queen at Wetherby, which was the gelding’s third run of the year. It suggests he can now add to the quick-fire hat-trick that he achieved for this stable last May.

Race 2 No3 LOVING LOOK (Nap)
Trainer: Hughie Morrison – Jockey: Callum Shepherd

Fresh from his Lingfield Derby Trial win on Saturday, Shepherd looks poised for further success and Expert Eye filly LOVING LOOK should relish this switch to the all-weather after her promising first offering at Windsor. She can take advantage of the weight she receives from the penalised Miss Bielsa.

Race 3 No6 SUBSONICSHANNON (Each Way
Trainer: Jack Channon – Jockey: David Probert

SUBSONICSHANNON has learned plenty from her first run when third at Lingfield. She was beaten into third in a blanket finish, with greenness costing her in the closing stages. If close to her paper price she is well worth a win and place investment.
