The England striker scored 26 goals and provided eight assists in the league, topping the scoring charts for the second consecutive year. He became the first player in Bundesliga history to achieve this feat in their first two seasons.

Kane’s contributions were pivotal as Bayern Munich secured the league title, finishing 13 points clear of second-placed Bayer Leverkusen.

Upon receiving the award, Harry Kane expressed his appreciation: “Thank you, wow! First, I want to thank everyone who voted, everyone who made this possible, and of course, my teammates and the coaching staff at Bayern Munich.

“This award reflects the hard work we’ve all put in throughout the season, so it belongs to them as much as it does to me. I’m incredibly proud to receive it.”

Kane’s season was littered with individual milestones. He reached 50 Bundesliga goals in just 43 matches, surpassing the previous record held by Erling Haaland.

Across all competitions, Kane amassed 38 goals, 26 in the Bundesliga, 11 in the Champions League, and one in the DFB-Pokal, cementing his reputation as one of Europe’s deadliest forwards. “It means a lot,” Kane said. “There’s so much hard work and sacrifice behind the scenes. I’m someone who’s always looking to improve, to keep growing, and winning this award in my second season shows I’m on the right path.”

Bayern Munich’s dominance, driven by Kane’s clinical finishing, saw them reclaim their status as Germany’s undisputed champions. The club’s official X account celebrated the achievement, posting: “Harry Kane, Bundesliga Player of the Season! Our talisman leads the way! #FCBayern.”

Kane’s performances have silenced early doubters, with the former Tottenham star proving his world-class credentials in Germany.
