Terms and conditions for the Halloween Social Media Competition running from 30 October to 31 October 2023.
- The Halloween Social Media Competition (“the Competition”) runs from 30 October to 31 October 2023 23:00 GMT (“the promotional period”).
- The Competition is available to existing customers only.
- In order to participate in the Competition, contestants must perform the following on one of the social media posts that will be published about the competition on Twitter and Facebook:
- Like the post;
- Answer the Question: Who will make it to our pot of candy?
- Follow Hollywoodbets on social media.
- Contestants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the Competition.
- Contestants must be resident in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland to participate in the competition.
- One entry per person is permitted.
- The competition prize is five (5) x £10 betting vouchers for UK entrants and two (2) x €10 betting voucher for Ireland entrants.These betting vouchers will be credited to the Hollywoodbets account held by the entrant.
- The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
- The competition draw will take place on 1 November 2023.
- The winner will be contacted by Hollywoodbets on 1 November 2023 by direct message on the social media application used to enter the competition.
- If Hollywoodbets is unable to make contact with the winner in the form of an acknowledgement or response to the direct message within two (2) days of the draw, such winner will forfeit his or her prize and a new winner will be selected.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
- The prize cannot be put on the exchange or sold to any third parties.
- Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winner is final and no correspondence related to the entry will be considered.
- By entering the Competition, you agree that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition.
- Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
- Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
- This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
- By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winner hereby indemnifies, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
