TERMS AND CONDITIONS Brentford vs Manchester United Ticket Giveaway Competition 18 March 2024 – 27 March 2024

  1. The Brentford vs Manchester United Ticket Giveaway Competition (“the Competition”) runs from 18th March 2024 at 17:00 GMT to 27th March 2024 at 16:59 GMT (“the promotional period”).
  2. The promotion is available to both new and existing customers, as well as entrants who do not have a Hollywoodbets customer account.
  3. In order to participate in the Competition, contestants must perform the following on one of the Hollywoodbets social media posts that will be published about the competition on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram:
    • Like the post;
    • Comment with ’who scored the first goal in the 4-1 against Man U last season and name the Goalkeeper that did not save the strike’;
    • Follow Hollywoodbets on the social media application you have entered the competition through.
  4. Contestants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the Competition.
  5. Contestants must be resident in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland to participate in the competition.
  6. One entry, per social media application, per person is permitted.
  7. The competition prize is two (2) x Fortress Lounge tickets to the Brentford vs Manchester United Premier League match taking place on 30th March 2024 at the Gtech Community stadium at Lionel Rd S, Brentford TW8 0RU, subject to any postponement of the match for whatever reason. In the case of rescheduling, the tickets will be reissued for the rescheduled date. The tickets include complimentary food, drink and a program in the Lounge.
  8. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
  9. The competition draw will take place on 28th March 2024 at 09:00 GMT.
  10. The winner will be contacted by Hollywoodbets on 28th March 2024 by direct message on the social media application used to enter the competition.
  11. If Hollywoodbets is unable to make contact with the winner in the form of an acknowledgement or response to the direct message within two (2) days of the draw, such winner will forfeit his or her prize and a new winner will be selected.
  12. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
  13. The prize winners maybe asked to meet with a Hollywoodbets representative prior to the match to receive their tickets and take an image to be posted on social media for publicity.
  14. The prize cannot be put on the exchange or sold to any third parties.
  15. Hollywoodbets will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the winner of the promotion should any fixture be postponed or cancelled.
  16. Hollywoodbets will not be responsible for any costs relating to redeeming of the prize such as costs incurred to attend the game.
  17. Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winner is final and no correspondence related to the entry will be considered.
  18. The winner may take a guest to each game, the guest may be chosen at the winners’ discretion subject to that guest not being a fan of the opposing team of the specific game in question.
  19. By entering the Competition, you agree that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition.
  20. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
  21. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
  22. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
  23. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
  24. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winner hereby indemnifies, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
