Brentford vs Tottenham Hotspur Ticket Giveaway Competition
9 December 2022 – 15 December 2022

1. The Brentford vs Tottenham Hotspur Ticket Giveaway Competition (“the Competition”) runs from 9 December 2022 at 00:00 GMT to 15 December 2022 at 16:59 GMT (“the promotional period”).
2. In order to participate in the Competition, contestants must perform the following on one of the social media posts that will be published about the competition on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram:
   1. Like the post;
   2. Comment your favourite moment from Brentford’s inaugural season (2021/2022) in the Premier League; and
   3. Follow Hollywoodbets on social media.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the Competition.
4. Contestants must be resident in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland to participate on the competition.
5. One entry per person.
6. The competition prize is two (2) x general admission tickets to the Brentford vs Tottenham Hotspur Premier League match taking place on 26 December 2022, subject to any postponement of the match for whatever reason. In the case of rescheduling, the tickets will be reissued for the rescheduled date.
7. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
8. The competition draw will take place on 16 December 2022 at 09:00 GMT.
9. The winner will be contacted by Hollywoodbets on 16 December 2022 by direct message on the social media application used to enter the competition.
10. If Hollywoodbets is unable to make contact with the winner in the form of an acknowledgement or response to the direct message within three (3) days of the draw, such winner’s will forfeit his or her prize and a new winner will be selected.
11. The prize is not transferable.
12. By entering the Competition, you agree that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition.
13. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
14. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
15. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
16. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
17. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winner hereby indemnifies, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
