Race 5 No8 HOT SILK (Nap)

The beautifully bred HOT SILK was the subject of heavy support on handicap debut only for the cash to go west. The daughter of Park Hill Stakes winner Silk Sari should enjoy switching to the Polytrack, is better than she showed on that occasion and can recoup the losses.
Race 6 No1 BELIEVEITYOUCAN
Trainer: Alan King – Jockey: Luke Catton
BELIVEITYOUCAN was scratched from a valuable handicap at Goodwood and is now back on his favoured sand. Humping top weight in a race as competitive as this is never easy, but he carries the ring of confidence, while his burden is eased by the claim of his capable pilot.

Race 4 No3 STAR CAST (Nap)
Trainer: Gemma Tutty – Jockey: Jake Dickson
Almanzor filly STAR CAST seeks a fifth win from her last seven outings and rates a worthy favourite to extend her sequence and complete a hat-trick in this Class4. Her capable apprentice jockey knows her, while the track, trip and ground are also heavily ticked boxes.

SWEET KISS a put in a seasonal best when going close on her latest start and figures to have strong claims for a frame finish if continuing her improvement. The daughter of Ulysses should enjoy this easier ground.

Race 1 No5 MYTHOLOGICAL STAR (Nap)

MYTHOLOGICAL STAR ran out a well supported scorer last week and now steps into a better race with his tail up. From a stable amongst the winners he’s strongly fancied to follow up.

Murphy is an eye taking booking for the in form HARRY KNOWS who looks a horse worth following in juvenile handicaps. He has the balance and brawn to prove effective on this sharp track.
