Hollywoodbets Supporters Cup 2026 – Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hollywoodbets Supporters Cup
24 April 2026 – 05 May 2026

1. The Hollywoodbets Supporters Cup (“the Competition”) runs from 24^th April 2026 at 12:00 BST to 05^th May 2026 at 09:00 BST (“the promotional period”).
2. In order to enter into the Competition, contestants must perform the following on the Brentford Football Teams Website:
   • Subscribe to Brentford to get a fan number if you don’t already have one;
   • Enter in your name and fan number in the entry table on the website;
   • Tick whether you are a Hollywoodbets account holder; and
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the Competition.
4. Contestants must be resident in the United Kingdom to participate in the competition.
5. One entry per person.
6. The competition prize is 1 x ticket to join Brentford and Hollywoodbets on the Pitch at the Gtech and refreshments, 1 x Brentford Shirt, 1 x Hollywoodbets Promotional item plus selected friends and family to receive free access to the event as supporters.
7. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
8. The competition draw will take place on 5^th May 2026 at 09:01 BST by Brentford Football Club and Hollywoodbets.
9. The initial winners will be contacted by Brentford FC and Hollywoodbets via e-mail between the 5^th and 7^th May 2026 or by the contact method held on their subscription.
10. If Brentford FC or Hollywoodbets UK is unable to make contact with the winner in the form of an acknowledgement to the direct message within two (2) days of the draw, such winner will forfeit his or her prize and a new winner will be selected.
11. The prize is not transferable.
12. By entering the Competition, you agree that Brentford FC and Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition.
13. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
14. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
15. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
16. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
17. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winner hereby indemnifies, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
