As it stands, no one has a clue when she will return to the tennis court. She has also decided not to play for Great Britain against Australia in the Billie Jean King Cup in April.

The 23-year-old is also still searching for a new coach after her split from Francis Roig. During a post-match interview, Raducanu revealed that Roig decided to part ways. “I respect the decision, and I’m grateful for the time we worked together.”

For now, she is working with LTA coach Alexis Canter and is also back working with Mark Petchey again at Indian Wells.

But Petchey is still not able to work with her full-time because of his other commitments, including his role as a TV commentator. This means Raducanu still needs a permanent coach as she tries to build stability in her game.

Since turning professional, Raducanu has worked with several coaches, including Nigel Sears, Andrew Richardson, Torben Beltz, and Dmitry Tursunov.

Most of these partnerships ended because she wanted a new direction, better results, or a different coaching style, while in some cases, injuries and scheduling made it hard to continue.

Her biggest success happened in 2021 when she won the US Open, and at that time, she was coached by Andrew Richardson.
