Dyche leaves after Forest drew 0–0 with Wolverhampton Wanderers. The team has now gone three games without a win. Recent results have not been good enough, and the club decided to make a change.

At the moment, Nottingham Forest are only three points above the relegation zone. This means they are close to the bottom three teams, who will drop to a lower division at the end of the season. The club hopes that bringing in a new manager will help improve results and move the team further away from danger.

The focus now is on who will replace Dyche and whether the new manager can help the team win games and stay in the league.

Speaking his last words as Nottingham Forest manager at the post-match conference after the 0-0 draw with Wolves, Dyche said, “The owner has been fair to me, without a shadow of a doubt. If anyone chooses to change in football now, that’s their decision. We’ve all seen it.

“People can demand change, and then it’s always whether they change or not. I just work very hard. I care about this club. I’ve made that clear. I’m working very hard.

“If the owner wants to make a change, then that’s up to him, and that’s the way football is now, that’s just the reality of it.

According to Sky Sport Reporter Anton Toloui, Forest management has identified former Wolves manager Vitor Pereira as the next potential successor. Nottingham Forest’s next match will be in the Europa League against Fenerbahçe on February 19.
