Team Principal Frederic Vasseu, along with drivers Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc, presented the design for the season.

The SF-25 Features a livery update, white across the engine cover, as part of Ferrari’s partnership with HP. Ferrari described the design as “symbolising dynamism and a vision that looks to the future.” This represents a break from the conventional all-red design.

The SF-25 will be tested in its first track run during a shakedown on Wednesday at the team’s Fiorano circuit.

Lewis Hamilton said during the launch event, “Such a great night to be here among all of you. The word I am thinking about is ‘invigorated’. I feel so full of life, because everything is new. Just focused on what’s ahead. I am so excited to be part of the team.”

The seven-time world champion left Mercedes after 12 seasons before jumping ship to the Prancing Stags. Hamilton will be teaming up with Charles Leclerc who has been part of the Ferrari family since 2019. Speaking at the event the 27-year-old added ” I’m looking forward to rewriting history alongside Lewis.”

Kimi Raikkonen was the last driver to win a title for Ferrari in 2007. They have won the Constructors’ Championship 16 times with the first in 1961 and the latest in 2008. Ferrari’s Team Principal Frederic Vasseu believes that Hamilton has the potential to end Ferrari’s Championship drought, seeing him as a valuable asset to the team.

“The launch of a new car is a moment of great emotion and pride for the entire team. The SF-25 is the result of months of intense work carried out with great dedication in Maranello, and we are excited to see the fruits of our efforts materialize and be ready to hit the track.”

“Last season saw us fighting for the Constructors’ title until the very last corner, and we are determined to build on that solid foundation with the goal of winning both championships. We have a new driver lineup, with Lewis joining Charles in the team, and we feel ready to take that step forward as a team to become the best.”
