Signed from Atalanta in the summer, Hojlund, 21, was brought in by manager Erik ten Hag with high expectations.

However, despite his promising start, the striker has found it difficult to find the back of the net consistently, scoring only two Premier League goals this season.

His recent form has seen him go 11 matches in the league without a goal, raising questions over his long-term role at Old Trafford.

Originally considered unsellable by United, Hojlund’s future is now far from secure, with reports suggesting that clubs like Napoli and Juventus could be interested in his services.

United’s stance remains unclear, but they may look to offload him at a loss if his performances do not improve.

Manager Ruben Amorim’s lukewarm support adds to the uncertainty, as he has expressed doubts about the player’s potential.

With only 23 goals and 3 assists from 71 appearances for United so far, Hojlund’s position is under intense scrutiny.
