The two clubs previously agreed to reconnect early this week to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Napoli are keen to secure an agreement in principle with Garnacho and his representatives. Their strategy involves leveraging the winger’s support to ease United’s stance on the transfer, potentially lowering the Red Devils’ demands.

While United are reluctant to part ways with the 20-year-old, they recognise their financial position and would consider a sizeable offer for Garnacho.

Despite initially being unwilling to leave Old Trafford this window, Garnacho has been forced to reassess his future as interest from Napoli and other clubs intensifies.

The Argentina international has remained professional throughout, applying himself well and showing a readiness to improve under the guidance of manager Ruben Amorim.

While United are open to allowing Garnacho a move that promises more gametime and development, they are looking for a significant financial return.

It’s believed that a compromise deal around 50 million pounds could seal the transfer, potentially marking the end of Garnacho’s time in Manchester.
