Australia v Fiji
Sunday 17 September
Stade Geoffroy-Guichard

Australia 32/100 | Draw 22/1 | Fiji 23/10

The Wallabies were excellent in their 35-15 defeat of Georgia at the Stade de France in the first round and will be full of confidence heading into this one. With the Eddie Jones era finally off the mark after five straight defeats, we may start to see the two-time world champions come into their own in the lead up to the quarter-finals.

Vern Cotter’s Pacific Islanders have drawn their two biggest Pool C clashes first up and will be out for an improved showing following their disappointing 26-32 loss to Wales in Bordeaux. Although they will definitely pose Australia problems in broken field, the Wallabies will be too good.

Verdict: Australia (-7.5) 9/10
