Friday 21 April
Espanyol 1/1 | Draw 9/4 | Cadiz 14/5 (20:00)
We kick the gameweek off with a tie between Espanyol and Cadiz. Espanyol are on a six-game losing streak and languish in 19th position in the standings. Cadiz, on the other hand, dropped from 14th to 16th with their 2-0 home defeat to Real Madrid. The last two meetings between the sides ended in 2-2 draws, so, I’m going with the Draw & Both Teams To Score at 15/4.
Saturday 22 April
Osasuna 8/5 | Draw 21/10 | Real Betis 9/5 (13:00)
Real Betis have a fantastic record against Osasuna with eight wins and a draw in their last nine LaLiga meetings. Manuel Pellegrini’s men will be confident of beating the Pamplona side this weekend, and there’s nice value on the away win. Get on.
Almeria 29/10 | Draw 13/5 | Athletic Bilbao 87/100 (15:15)
Athletic Bilbao will be looking to continue their winning ways when they travel to face Almeria on Saturday. Ernesto Valverde’s side are unbeaten since their 1-0 home defeat to Barcelona on 12 April. They’ve picked up wins against Valladolid, Espanyol, Real Sociedad and drew with Getafe. Almeria sit just three points above the relegation zone after another defeat. The away win is tipped.
Valladolid 29/20 | Draw 23/10 | Girona 17/10 (17:30)
Valladolid moved from 17th to 14th with their impressive 2-1 win away at Villarreal. The Castile and Leon side will be looking to build on that result as they look to pull further away from the relegation battlers. Girona have enjoyed their return to the top flight. The Catalans are on course to secure a top-half finish and will look to extend their four-game unbeaten run. Back the visitors on the Win/Draw Double Chance at 52/100.
Real Sociedad 5/8 | Draw 5/2 | Rayo Vallecano 5/1 (17:30)
After back-to-back losses on the road, Real Sociedad will welcome the return to the Reale Arena where they are unbeaten in four games with two straight wins over Elche and Getafe. Imanol Alguacil’s men have a three-point lead over Real Betis in the race for the Champions League places and will be confident of picking up maximum points against a Rayo Vallecano side who last beat them in 2015. The home win is the way to go.
Real Madrid 38/100 | Draw 4/1 | Celta Vigo 6/1 (20:00)
After succumbing to their first home defeat against Villarreal in their last league outing at the Santiago Bernabeu, Real Madrid will be looking to put in a dominant performance in front of their fans when they host Celta Vigo. Having won the last five meetings with Celta, Los Blancos are a banker at 38/100.
