WINDSOR

Race 1 – GUNFIGHTER 7/2

GUNFIGHTER travelled strongly and kept on well winning over the distance at Newcastle AW last month. Major player if maintaining form.

HAPPY TEARS only placed once from six starts but responded to the application of first-time blinkers when a narrow second at Leicester and up in grade cannot be dismissed.

KINGSWOOD FLYER just did enough despite a slow start tackling this trip at Newbury in August. Subsequently second of nine at Doncaster and makes the shortlist.

INFINITY BLUE might earn a  place.

Race 2 – PIANOFORTE 10/11

PIANOFORTE displayed good early speed pressing the leaders in a fierce contest at Curragh but gradually weakened to finish eighth of twenty-three. Drops back down in trip tackling a much less competitive race. Big run imminent.

SALA DA BALLO comfortably landed a Pontefract maiden with a 3L success. This son of Kingman can certainly make his presence felt.
Newcomer MAHATO maintains a nice profile and could go well first-up.

Stable debutant TANGLED UP IN BLUE receives a big drop in grade and is feared.

Race 4 – TRIBAL HUNTER 10/3

Hamilton maiden winner TRIBAL HUNTER was well supported on reappearance and handicap debut at Pontefract finishing last of eight after finding himself repeatedly short of room. Unexposed and could bounce back with a big run.

TIRIAC was behind AMAZONIAN DREAM eleven days ago at Salisbury when fourth of thirteen. Might get the better of his rival wearing first-time cheekpieces.

HARRY’S HALO has twice been successful on turf and is worth considering.

Race 7 – ASENSE 74/1

ASENSE maintained form completing a hat-trick of victories with a 2L triumph fourteen days ago at Bath. Impossible to rule out further progress. Major player.

CHERRYHAWK placed twice from seven starts and delivered a keeping on third of ten performance at Sandown in latest. One to take seriously up in trip.

MISTRESS LIGHT is one to watch on handicap debut while ASSEMBLED may place off a low weight.

KEMPTON

Race 1 – PALAZZO PERSISCO 9/4

PALAZZO PERSICO returned after a two-month spell relishing the switch to AW finishing runner-up at Chelmsford over 7f. Step up in trip is not considered a problem. Leading chance.

IRRELEVANT has been in good order since a win. Not disgraced over a distance shorter than ideal when fifth at Wolverhampton AW in latest.

GO YOUR OWN WAY produced a good level of form when runner-up by a nose at Wolverhampton AW. Consider for a placing.

ST LUKES CHELSEA remains unexposed after four attempts. Place.

Race 3 – WESTERN 5/4

WESTERN was given a stiff task in a valuable sales race at the Curragh last start managing only eighteenth. Previously placed third at Ascot over 6f. Bold bid anticipated returning to an easier task.

EXTRA BEAT made a solid start to career when sixth at Sandown Park. Improvement expected.

ENCOURAGER out-ran odds to finish fifth of twelve first-up. Holds each-way claims with further progression to come.

COMBAT POWER is an each-way contender on racecourse debut. Watch market for best guide.

Race 6 – BRASIL POWER 7/2

BRASIL POWER returned after a short two-month spell with a 1.5L success over course and distance. Proven form in these conditions and maintains winnable mark.

ELZAAM BLUE aims for back-to-back victories following a narrow nose success tackling track and trip. Worth considering on best form.

FOLLOW YOUR HEART improved managing a 0.5L third here attempting the journey. Previously won in these conditions and another good run expected.

FARASI LANE placed twice from past three outings. Holds each-way claims again.

Race 9 – FIRST COMPANY 5/1

FIRST COMPANY must be a leading chance based on a good second over course and distance. Proven in these conditions.

REVE DE MAGRITTE bounced back to form with a neck third tackling track and trip. Bold bid anticipated.

ORIENTAL SPIRIT holds each-way claims after a fourth in these conditions. Capable of getting involved.

REVOLUCION has been racing consistently without breaking through for a win. Might not score but could go close enough to find a placing.
