BADDESLEY can put his best foot forward in the opener for a trainer that does well in novice and maiden hurdles at this track. The selection should make his presence felt with the addition of a tongue strap.
Race 4 No1 MINELLA HUB (Nap)
Trainer: Pat Murphy – Jockey: Harry Bannister
MINELLA HUB looked a different horse when storming home on his chase debut over course and distance at the end of last month. He can take a 7lb weights rise in his stride and make further progress on what is only a third start for his trainer.

Race 3 No4 PARISENCORE
Trainer: Nicky Richards – Jockey: Danny McMenamin
PARISENCORE is getting the reputation for hitting the woodwork, but following three near misses the strong travelling gelding can now go one better. He has a good record under last season’s champion conditional McMenamin and comes back fresh off a mid season break.
Race 7 No6 TIM PAT (Nap)
Trainer: Donald McCain Jnr – Jockey: Theo Gillard
With a second and a clear cut win under his belt since going handicapping, the consistent TIM PAT looks the answer to this. He was well supported for that triumph, and it has helped give the gelding a needed confidence lift.

Race 4 No2 CITYJET (Nap)
Trainer: Martyn Meade – Jockey: David Probert
CITYJET attracted support on his introduction over course and distance, finding only one to beat him in a big field. More streetwise for the run, he can deliver a knockout blow to the more experienced Witch Hunter, and open his account.
Race 5 No4 ASK PETER
Trainer: Mark Johnston – Jockey: Joe Fanning
ASK PETER enjoys a swing in the weights with her Lingfield conqueror Base Note in a race that is sure to be tactical. The Jukebox Jury filly receives more than a stone from each of her rivals, giving her a strong chance of opening her account.
