LINGFIELD PARK

Race 1 No8 REECELTIC
Trainer: Pat Phelan – Liam Wright

REECELTIC came out of the wilderness to pick up a first success of the season here and landed some good bets in the process. After reassessment he still seems to be on a workable mark, and can advertise his liking for the course, where all three of his career triumphs have happened.

Race 3 No3 MASO BASTIE
Trainer: James Fanshawe – Jockey: William Buick

MASO BASTIE was just in need of the experience when fourth behind Dagmar Run at Kempton. In the colours of the late Walter Swinburn’s mother Anne he can take a step forward to open his account. He’s up against several with placed form, of whom Miss Dolly Rocker could be the one he needs to fear most.

Race 6 No3 CAPITAL THEORY
Trainer: Mark Johnston – Jockey: William Buick

Johnston has wasted no time in engaging Buick for the rapidly improving CAPITAL THEORY, who having taken away a cheque in handicap bow at Southwell, made no mistake at Chelmsford, showing himself to be a better horse on sand. Having broken loose of his shackles the Muhaarar gelding can quickly achieve better things.

KEMPTON PARK

Race 1 No11 WIZARDING
Trainer: Heather Main – Jockey: Joshua Bryan

WIZARDING coped with inexperience to worry out of it a much more experienced foe in FALESIA Beach over seven furlongs here last time. It was a fair step up on what he’d achieved previously and indicates that he could still be ahead of the assessor racing from his revised mark.

Race 4 No4 THUNDER BALL
Trainer: Paul Cole – Jockey: Mohammed Tabdi

Tabdi gets a good tune out of THUNDER BALL, as he’s demonstrated with three earning runs from the four times he’s ridden the gelding. On the latest of those Thunder Ball showed a liking for the step up to a mile when equipped with first time blinkers over this course and distance. He finished off his race well, which augers well for another prominent display.

Race 5 No1 AL ALAALI
Trainer: Simon Crisford – Jockey: James Doyle

The Colours of AL ALAALI have been carried by several good hots3s over the years, including the July Cup winner Ahonoora. The Showcasing colt upped his game to claim a cheque on all-weather debut last month and with just a bit more progression can win this.
