FFOS LAS

Race 2 No5 LOUD AS LIONS (Each Way)
Trainer: Tom Symonds – Jockey: Jamie Brace

LOUD AS LIONS won here three years ago and has gained further experience of the course on two recent visits, latterly when fourth to Post Chaise at the end of January. He remained competitive for longer than in his previous two races this season and should now be in a position to earn.

Race 4 No7 GET PREPARED (Each Way)
Trainer: Ben Pauling – Jockey: Luca Morgan

GET PREPARED has looked a better horse since being switched to fences and has a big earning chance carrying the colours of Grand National winner Aldaniti. In first-time cheek pieces he raised his game to take home a minor cheque at Uttoxeter, and further progression is on the cards.

Race 6 No16 CHANTILLY HAZE (Each Way)
Trainer: Phil Dando – Jockey: Conor Ring

CHANTILLY HAZE regularly attracted support without managing to put her head in front last season and remains a 17-race maiden. Having needed her first run back the mare is worth a market check and can make an impact at a big double-figure price.

Race 7 No1 BIG FISH (Nap)
Trainer: Emma Lavelle – Jockey: Thomas Bellamy

BIG FISH was beaten in a photo on debut at Exeter and should have the upper hand over Irish point winner Southoftheborder. The selection has worked well in preparation for this return to action.

HUNTINGDON

Race 5 No2 STRIKING A POSE
Trainer: Joe Tizzard – Jockey: Brendan Powell

STRIKING A POSE can play a big part in the outcome of this two-and-a-half mile handicap chase provided he brushes up his jumping. The seven-year-old hails from a stable whose horses are running into form, and can recoup the losses sustained when he underwhelmed at Leicester.

Race 6 No11 GALACTIC POWER (Each Way)
Trainer: Harriet Dickin – Jockey: Lorcan Murtagh

Although pulling up for the third time in his last five outings at Exeter, GALACTIC POWER had run a cracker when second on his previous start at Taunton and could run into the money at exaggerated odds in this long-distance handicap hurdle. However, he comes with risks attached and is only worth a speculative investment.
