Friday 21 April

Arsenal 2/11 | Draw 6/1 | Southampton 13/1 (20:00)

Dropping points against West Ham is disastrous for Arsenal – it puts City right back in the mix and only adds pressure to all of Arsenal’s games going forward. The Saints have started to register decent performances and every point is valuable for them at this point…it’ll be a grind but surely Arsenal return to winning ways?

Saturday 22 April

Fulham 13/10 | Draw 23/10 | Leeds 2/1 (12:30)

This is a tough game to call, only because you don’t know which version of either side will show up! Fulham embarrassed me last time, thumping Everton 3-1 at Goodison Park…but I maintain that they are a side who are seemingly already on vacation with little to play for at the moment.

Leeds have registered good performances and I think if they can muster a performance that lasts all 90 minutes – they are good value to collect all three. Back the away win here.

Crystal Palace 21/20 | Draw 11/5 | Everton 14/5 (15:00)

Palace continue to thrive under the guidance of veteran coach, Roy Hodgson. He really is a fantastic coach, with a multiplicity of Premier League experience and has made an instant impact at Selhurst Park (again).

Everton have put pressure right back onto themselves with their defeat to Fulham and so this game becomes massive for them. Their chances of staying up seem to be slipping away, and I don’t see them winning here. Get on the home win.

Liverpool 1/6 | Draw 6/1 | Nottingham Forest 13/1 (15:00)

Forest is without a win in 10 games and languish in the bottom three. If you weren’t already, I would start fearing for them. Forest are horrible on the road, you’d have to go back 10 games to find their last win on the road!

Liverpool is starting to resemble something of their former selves, and I can’t see past them winning here. I think both teams scoring (No) is a player at 4/6.

Brentford 7/5 | Draw 23/10 | Aston Villa 7/4 (15:00)

Aston Villa are in such good form; they’ve won their last five games and look like a team playing with unbridled confidence. I really admire what Unai Emery has done at Villa and to be fair, I’m happy he is able to somewhat redeem himself in England. The away win is a banker for me!

Leicester City 7/5 | Draw 23/10 | Wolves 7/4 (15:00)

I think Dean Smith at Leicester is a smart coup for the Foxes. Yes, they were dismantled by City – but with respect they weren’t considered capable of playing with City to start with!

Wolves have had a difficult campaign. I know they have earned some notable victories, but I suspect they are looking ahead to next season with the hope of gaining enough confidence in these last few games to set them to compete again in the 2023/24 league season. I think Leicester might be value to get something out of this game – back them on the Win/Draw Double Chance at 38/100.

Sunday 23 April

Newcastle 77/100 | Draw 11/4 | Tottenham 3/1 (14:00)

Bournemouth 7/4 | Draw 85/40 | West Ham 31/20 (14:00)

West Ham earned a really good result against Fulham and then consolidated it by taking a vital point off of the mighty Arsenal! Bournemouth are playing well though and with confidence – going to the Vitality Stadium won’t be easy for the Hammers but both of these sides will think they can win. Both teams scoring at 4/5 should be a banker.
