The Premier League gets more exciting with each passing week! Is the title race still just academic? Is it still only between two teams or are there a few more twists and turns in the offing?

Fulham 19/20 | Draw 51/20 | Nottingham Forest 29/10 (17:00)
Fulham have played much better football than their recent results have suggested. Last time out they took points off Chelsea for the second time this season and with the fluidity that is evident in their side, I suspect they win here.
They host a Forest side void of their best players due to injury, so at 19/20 I’m going for the home win.
Leicester 49/20 | Draw 51/20 | Tottenham 21/20 (17:00)
Leicester won their first league game since the World Cup last week – and hopefully this sees them kick on a little bit and gain a bunch of confidence. They have some good players and shouldn’t be taken for granted at home.
Spurs will no doubt come into this game with unbridled confidence after their win over Man City. Harry Kane becomes the club’s top goal scorer, but even more impressive was the way in which they attacked City aggressively. I think they win again here.
Arsenal 4/10 | Draw 4/1 | Brentford 13/2 (17:00)
Admittedly, I am not a part of the bandwagon throwing all of Arsenal’s positive performances out of the window due to their succussive defeats this past week. Mikel Arteta will know this is a game where they need to look like their more recent selves – especially considering they play City on Wednesday!
Brentford are flying in the league, although I fancy them a great deal more at home. Arsenal win, but I think Brentford (with the form of Bryan Mbeumo) score. Arsenal and both scoring is priced up at 22/10.
Crystal Palace 26/10 | Draw 24/10 | Brighton 21/20 (17:00)
Many thought that without Wilfried Zaha Palace wouldn’t have the same impotence – it couldn’t be further from the truth! Palace have shown that they can tussle with the big boys, my only reservation is their midfield and its inability to boss games.
Brighton have been brilliant; I know Bournemouth made them work for it – but the point is the Seagulls still managed to get over the line. I love watching Brighton play their unapologetic expansive attacking football…I think they win.
Southampton 18/10 | Draw 21/10 | Wolves 17/10 (17:00)
Southampton have improved this season, and I don’t say that with any facetiousness detected! The Saints have now lost four straight games in all competition though and their confidence won’t be anything to write home about.
Wolves win this in my mind, especially after they dismantled Liverpool, but I still think their creativeness is flawed and rather placid. I don’t trust them to repeat their Liverpool beating – I’m going for the Saints Win/Draw Double Chance at 4/10.
Bournemouth 56/10 | Draw 33/10 | Newcastle 5/10 (19:30)
I was quite impressed with Bournemouth at the weekend, they’ve signed a few new players and the team seems to be settling in now. In fact, I would go as far as to say I see them getting something out of this game.
Newcastle should expect to be frustrated here; they are going to work hard to break the Cherries down – without being susceptible to the counter. Of course, Newcastle is watertight at the back themselves which might propel them forward, but I think this game could whittle out quite soon. I’m going to go for the draw.

Leeds United 31/10 | Draw 29/10 | Manchester United 8/10 (16:00)
Leeds showed Jesse his Marsching orders earlier this week…ok, maybe that wasn’t as funny as I thought…point is the American has been sacked! What that does for Leeds, one can only wait and see.
United now face a club with the potential of enjoying the new manager bounce for a second time– so expect a fiery atmosphere at Elland Road. I’m still in the corner of the visitors though.
Manchester City 1/4 | Draw 56/10 | Aston Villa 11/1 (18:30)
I must admit, these are hefty prices on the Villa win…I mean they come into this game with three wins, a draw, and a loss from their last five, you can’t say they are completely hustling for form.
City, on the other hand, come into the game with a few battle wounds, they haven’t been in great form of late are now embroiled in an investigation which has taken centre stage. I still think they win, but both teams scoring is available at even money – that’s where my money is going.
