Saturday 20 May
Tottenham 4/5 | Draw 14/5 | Brentford 3/1
There is nothing about Spurs at the moment which deserves – let alone justifies – a position in the Champions League. The Bees will come into this game with their tales up and compliment their brilliant structure with confidence induced football. I’m on the away win.
Liverpool 46/100 | Draw 15/4 | Aston Villa 9/2
This is a tricky game to call, Villa have played brilliantly at times but also slipped up and been really inconsistent. Which Emery side plays this weekend then? Liverpool have started to show a bit more grit and seem to have Champions League football firmly in their sights! I’m on the home win.
Wolves 13/8 | Draw 9/4 | Everton 13/8
Wolves are another side who are usually really well-organized, which always gives them a chance. They were run ragged by Brighton a few weeks ago and United never really gave them a sniff at Old Trafford. Sean Dyche will know that his side are in desperate need of points – expect another tactical masterclass here. Both Teams To Score (No) at 19/20 is my pick.
Bournemouth 9/2 | Draw 7/2 | Manchester United 1/2
Bournemouth aren’t really playing for too much other than pride and momentum for next season. To be fair, I’m not sure their new manager Gary O’Neil has got as much credit as he deserves of late. United have been there and there abouts at time, but I’m not confident with them on the road. They don’t score enough and usually susceptible to teams who refuse to take the game to the Red Devils. Under 2.5 goals at 29/20 is a gift.
Fulham 13/10 | Draw 23/10 | Crystal Palace 2/1
Fulham continue to surprise us with respect to their attacking threat, even in the absence of Aleksandar Mitrovic. I certainly didn’t give them much of a hope, but they continue to prove me wrong! Palace seem to be going through the motions a little bit, but I think the game will get rather expansive. I’m on both teams scoring at 8/10.
Nottingham Forest 21/5 | Draw 10/3 | Arsenal 4/7
By now the reality has surely set in. Arsenal will not win the league this year, I repeat, Arsenal will not win the league this year! They’ve had the stuffing hit out of them, and all of a sudden, their reality is a little less excitable. Forest is enjoying a good run at the moment though, and playing at home might inspire a further point to prove. I hate to add insult to injury – but I think the home win is a shrewd bet here.
Sunday 21 May
West Ham 7/5 | Draw 5/2 | Leeds 17/10
Tricky little game to call, there is so much at stake for both teams though so hopefully it turns into a bit of a slug fest. Leeds needs to get a win here, they aren’t yet dead and buried, but they are running out of time. The Hammers seemingly have enough points to stay up – but you can never be so sure. I think this game becomes rather cagey though, suiting Leeds and Big Sam. Back the away win at massive odds.
Brighton 21/100 | Draw 11/2 | Southampton 10/1
It is sad to see the Saints relegated, although with that being said, they’ve had a horrible season. Brighton, on the other hand, has completely overachieved this season. I think they will have a go at Southampton and show absolutely no mercy in how direct they will become. Brighton to win and over 2.5 goals at 6/10
Manchester City 24/100 | Draw 5/1 | Chelsea 9/1 (17:00)

Newcastle 7/20 | Draw 21/5 | Leicester 6/1
Leicester have stuttered on the pitch and not really done themselves too many favours. They face a confident and rampant Newcastle team here who I suspect will want to take full advantage of the three points on offer. The Magpies still have the chance to see themselves qualify for the Champions League, and I expect to see that sort of energy come through in this fixture. The home win isn’t available at excellent odds, but it’s a banker.
