Friday 24 February

Mainz 11/10 | Draw 26/10 | Monchengladbach 47/20 (21:30)

Opening the Bundesliga action this Friday, Borussia Monchengladbach make the journey to face off with Mainz on the back of yet another victory over German giants Bayern Munich. Confidence in the away camp’s preparations will be sky high having defeated Bayern 3-2. Both sides sit tied on 29 points and it won’t be an easy fixture, but I’d get behind Monchengladbach to keep the winning momentum rolling.

Saturday 25 February

Cologne 29/20 | Draw 24/10 | Wolfsburg 19/10 (16:30)

One of the tightest fixtures this weekend sees 12th-placed Cologne welcome seventh-placed Wolfsburg where a win for the home team could result in just a one-point difference. The draw no bet in favour of the home side is a play at 7/10.

Hertha Berlin 12/10 | Draw 5/2 | Augsburg 22/10 (16:30)

Hertha Berlin can press the pace a little more than usual in this fixture as Augsburg have netted just 26 (bottom five for goals scored) goals all season and don’t look menacing at all. Back the home team – possible 3-1 in favour of the home side.

Hoffenheim 28/10 | Draw 3/1 | Borussia Dortmund 17/20 (16:30)

A win and favourable result for Borussia Dortmund could see them top the Bundesliga standings this weekend. With all due respect to their opposition Hoffenheim, the full three points for Edin Terzic’s men is highly likely. Hoffenheim have failed to secure a win in 11 fixtures, so backing Dortmund at such favorable odds are hard to pass up. Dortmund win.

RB Leipzig 7/10 | Draw 3/1 | Eintracht Frankfurt 36/10 (16:30)

RB Leipzig are playing well this season, and another win could see them close in on the top four. If the home team can stifle Eintracht Frankfurt’s main source of creativity in Randal Kolo Muani, the search for three points is more than halfway complete. Back the home side to win convincingly.

Werder Bremen 1/1 | Draw 11/4 | Bochum 5/2 (16:30)

Niclas Fullkrug is having the season of his life leading the golden boot race currently on 13 goals. Bochum will find it extremely tough to stop attacks with a goal consumption record to be ashamed of – 51 goals conceded in 21 games. Werder Bremen and Over 2.5 goals at 19/10.

Schalke 21/10 | Draw 47/20 | Stuttgart 27/20 (19:30)

Stuttgart has the youngest squad in the Bundesliga this season and they are flailing under pressure with one win in their last seven. The Swabians face a Schalke side who have no will to win, but every ounce of their being has been put into not scoring. Schalke sit bottom of the German league standings, but also have had four successive 0-0 results. The draw is too enticing not to pass up.

Sunday 26 February

Freiburg 13/10 | Draw 49/20 | Bayer Leverkusen 21/10 (16:30)

Freiburg came through flying as the banker of last gameweek’s preview with a 2-0 away win over Bochum. Now, they face a tougher level of opposition in Bayer Leverkusen who were pipped 3-2 by an 82nd minute penalty goal to concede for a fourth straight game. To be safe, back Both Teams to Score (Yes) at 13/20.

Bayern Munich 7/20 | Draw 44/10 | Union Berlin 7/1 (18:30)

You could not ask for a better fixture to close out the Bundesliga action. Bayern Munich welcome Union Berlin to the Allianz Arena in a top of the table clash.

Bayern Munich slipped up yet again to Borussia Monchengladbach who have proven to be their “hoodoo” team over the last few seasons, and will play without Dayot Upamecano who picked up a straight red card in just the eighth minute. However, Bayern still have quality all over the park, and more particularly Joshua Kimmich, who boasts the most progressive passes in the league alongside Jamal Musiala who keeps finding perfect spaces to garner the most expected goals in the league.

Bayern come up against one of the best defensive sides in the league, and most prolific I might add. Union do not need many chances to score, and the use of Sheraldo Becker‘s crossing into the penalty area – which is second to none in my opinion – is one of the away team’s key outlets.

This fixture will be highly technical, and any mistake will be pounced on. I feel that either side have mistakes in them and Both Teams to Score (Yes) is the best bet at 17/20.

TREBLE @ 8/1
Dortmund Win 17/20
RB Leipzig Win 7/10
Werder Bremen + Over 2.5 Goals 19/10
