Pakistan vs England | 17 – 21 December 2022 | The National Stadium, Karachi

To Win Match
Pakistan 6/5 | Draw 10/3 | England 6/4

Pakistan have been in the fight for most of the Test matches but just haven’t been able to keep England quiet.

It takes some adjusting to keep England on their toes and the Pakistan bowlers will need to do better to establish control.

The spinners really have been the ones who haven’t been able to get on top like they usually would which has allowed England to dominate.

Babar Azam is still the pillar of batting strength but in this format, Pakistan have plenty capable of a long knock.

Ben Stokes incredible captaincy continues and he can add a famous series win in Pakistan to his resume.

England have cycled in fresh talent and have also turned back to some old hands to get the job done when needed.

Mark Wood is delighted to be back in the Test setup even if the Karachi pitch won’t offer him that much.

England’s part-time spinners did a great job last time out and may need to get more overs in on the National Stadium surface.

Verdict: England 6/4

England are out for the whitewash and should be able to get the job done against a Pakistan outfit who have looked slightly off the pace.
