West Indies vs Oman | Super Six: Match 7 | Wednesday 5 July 2023 | ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2023 | Harare Sports Club, Harare | 09:00

West Indies 1/11 | Oman 5/1

The West Indies will be out to take out their frustrations on Oman after a string of lacklustre performances have left this team to bear the shame pf being the first to miss the Cricket World Cup in their rich history.

The big names in the Windies lineup have failed to fire but they can still finish the tournament on a high.

The likes of Rovman Powell and Kyle Mayers have been particularly disappointing considering how they can turn a match.

Oman will be out to finish a tournament where they have exceeded expectations with a bang.

Verdict: West Indies

Scott Edwards has pitched in heavily with his runs for the Netherlands and they will be full of fight going into this decider.

Scotland’s star has been spinner Chris Greaves, who has undone experienced batters with his cunning.

Verdict: Scotland

Sri Lanka vs West Indies | Super Six: Match 9 | Friday 7 July 2023 | ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2023 | Harare Sports Club | 09:00

Betting TBA*

Sri Lanka don’t need to win this match or indeed the final of this tournament to reach the World Cup but as a point of pride they would like to end the tournament unbeaten.

Things haven’t worked out for the West Indies who have no hope of reaching the final or the World Cup.

Sri Lanka’s top run-getter Pathum Nissanka, should be out to move towards 500 runs in this tournament.

Nicholas Pooran of the West Indies is just ahead of him, but his efforts have come mainly in losing causes.

Verdict: Sri Lanka
