On Thursday, we make our way down to Southampton along the coast in the ceremonial county of Hampshire. Northern Ireland make their debut in the tournament and will face a very tough task in Group A, which also includes England and Austria. Norway are two-time winners and hold 5 wins and a loss over their opponents dating back to 2011. In fact, the reading gets much worse for Northern Ireland as their last two meetings held in 2019, resulted in two 6-0 thumpings.

As expected Norway are almost unbackable on the match result market, with quotes of 1/20 for the win, whilst the draw and Northern Ireland win can be backed at big prices.
Goals are to be expected, however, and I’ll be hoping Caroline Hansen and Ada Hegerberg can deliver the goods for Norway, whilst any goal added by Northern Ireland will be most welcome.
